Because each shirt is custom-made from your prompt, all sales are final unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. The fun is in the surprise — give us a clear, vivid idea and lean into it. If we ever can't create your shirt, you're refunded automatically.
We print on the Gildan 64000, a classic unisex t-shirt. Check the size guide on the order screen (it has chest and length measurements in cm and inches). Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit.
A soft, mid-weight ringspun cotton t-shirt (the Gildan 64000 Softstyle). Machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the print to keep it looking sharp.
We ship across the EU, US and Canada. Each order is made to order and printed at the facility closest to you, so it's dispatched in about 3–5 business days and typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.
Yes. We email you when it ships with a tracking link, and you can check anytime on the order status page using your order reference and the email you used at checkout.
Custom-made items are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal, but if something arrives faulty or damaged we'll make it right. See withdrawal & returns for the details and the request form.
Yes. Every idea is automatically screened before payment, and we won't print hateful, explicit, or infringing content (brands, logos, real people, copyrighted characters). Keep it original and have fun with it.
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Prices show in EUR, USD or CAD (switch currency on the order screen). EU prices include VAT; US/Canada tax is added at checkout where applicable.
