Withdrawal & returns

Made-to-order: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply

Each shirt is custom-made to your prompt. Under EU consumer law (the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised), and as you confirm at checkout, you lose the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal once production begins. Because we begin production immediately after payment, this means orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned.

You are always covered if something is wrong

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your shirt arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a free remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). Contact support@themysteryshirt.com within a reasonable time, ideally with a photo.

We also refund automatically if we cannot create or ship your design.

United States

All sales are final — made to order, no returns unless defective. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, your order is automatically refunded.

Canada

The same made-to-order terms apply. Your consumer-protection rights for defective goods under applicable provincial law are unaffected.
